School Advisory Board
The Advisory Board meets monthly between September and May, with additional meetings as
needed.
Any school parent may attend a school board meeting if they contact the President at least one week prior to the scheduled meeting.

This requirement may be waived at the President’s discretion. If a non-board member wishes to speak at the board meeting, they must share the
topic in writing with the President when asking to attend. ​

Medical Forms
If your student needs any of the following forms, they can be printed and returned to school with your medication drop off.
If your student is in Preschool, Pre-K, Kindergarten, or is new to Bishop Leibold School they will be required to complete a Health History Form, Immunization History, and a Physical Assessment Form.
