Supporting Bishop Leibold, Year After Year
The Annual Fund provides essential support for the ongoing needs and priorities of Bishop Leibold School.
Each year, the needs of our school evolve. Annual Fund gifts give us the flexibility to invest where they can make the greatest difference — from classroom resources and technology to student experiences, campus improvements and other school priorities.

Scholarship Granting Organization
Make Catholic Education More Accessible
The SGO provides another powerful way to support Bishop Leibold students. Donations to an eligible SGO provide scholarships for students attending Catholic schools while offering donors an Ohio state tax credit.
Ohio taxpayers who donate to SGOs may be able to claim a dollar-for-dollar, non-refundable* tax credit on their state income tax return for up to $750 per donor (up to $1,500 if married and filing jointly). (See section 5747.73 of the Ohio Revised Code.)
The Archdiocese of Cincinnati Foundation for Catholic Education (also known as The Catholic Education Foundation for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati or CEF) has been certified by Ohio as a scholarship-granting organization (SGO). Donors can designate their contributions to benefit Bishop Leibold.
* The portion of an SGO donation that exceeds the tax liability is not refundable.
DONATE TO A SGO
Consult with your tax advisor to determine (1) your eligibility for the tax credit, (2) its value to you, and (3) the details of your gift. You can make a gift online or by sending in a check, along with this form. With either method, please ensure that you note Bishop Leibold School as your selected entity. Shortly after your gift has been received and processed, CEF-SGO will mail a gift acknowledgement letter to you. This letter can serve as documentation for a non-refundable* Ohio income tax credit (up to $750 per donor across all SGO donations for the tax year) when you prepare your Ohio income tax return.
A tax professional will be able to advise you on the Ohio tax credit and whether or not your gift is eligible as a charitable contribution on your federal income tax return.
