All families in Ohio qualify for the EdChoice Scholarship! Scholarship amounts are income-based for students in K-12.
Students whose family’s adjusted gross income (line 11 on your federal tax form) is at or below 450% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), or about $145,000 for a family of four, will be eligible to receive the full scholarship amount, and students whose family’s household income is above 450% FPL are eligible for a partial scholarship on a sliding scale. Jon Peterson Scholarship (JPS)
Bishop Leibold is an official provider of The Jon Peterson Special Needs (JPSN) Scholarship. This program provides scholarships to students in grades K-12 who have an Individualized Education Program (IEP). If you think your student might be eligible, please contact the school office. If you believe your student will qualify, please contact the school office.
Catholic Education Foundation for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati (CEF)
The Catholic Education Foundation (CEF) for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati accepts applications for elementary school (Preschool-8) tuition assistance grants. All grants are needs-based and can be used at any Catholic elementary school within the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. To apply complete a FACTS Grant and Aid application by inputting financial information (such as sources of income, assets, and household expenses) including their prior year tax return and W2s. The deadline to apply is early Spring, check back for details
Bishop Leibold Financial Aid
Thanks to the success of the SGO, a budgeted amount of money has been set aside for tuition assistance. The number of eligible applicants and the amount of assistance available will be a factor in determining the distribution of the aid. Families requesting tuition assistance should apply online via FACTS by April 1. If you apply for the CEF Tuition Assistance above via FACTS, that application comes to us and you do not have to re-submit a grant and aid application.
How to apply for FACTS grant and aid
1. Login to your FACTS account or visit www.CatholicBestChoice.org.
2. Hit the greet start application buttons under grants and aid
3. Complete a FACTS Grant and Aid application by inputting financial information (such as sources of income, assets, and household expenses) including your prior year (2024) tax return and W2s.
