Grade 1-8 Applicants
2
Admissions Packet
Grade 1-8 applicants will need to download, fill out and return the admissions packet. This admissions packet includes a brief questionnaire about your student, that you will fill out and return to the school. The last couple of pages is a request for information. By signing this it allows your student's current school to send us records and other information about your student.

3
Shadow & Screening
All students applying for grades 1-8 are required to join us for a shadow day and go through an academic screening. Once all of your application paperwork is turned in, we will reach out to schedule this.

Families are also required to schedule a meeting with our principal. We will try to schedule this on the same day as your student's screening.
Priority Admission
Current students and their siblings will be admitted before any new admissions, provided they are officially registered during the re-enrollment period.
As a parish school, Bishop Leibold must give priority to children of the St. John Paul II Family of Parishes (St. Mary of the Assumption, Our Lady of Good Hope and St. Henry parishioners) as long as space allows. Priority admission for parishioners will be honored, pending records review and screening results, as long as applications are submitted by February 28, 2026.

Catholic parishioners registered at another parish are given third priority based on order of application date.
