How to Apply​

1. Online registration in our OptionC system. Click the apply now button above. You will need to create an account and pay the $200 application fee (per family).

2. Submit the following documents to the school office: 

• Copy of Parent’s IDs

• Copy of Birth Certificate

• Copy of Sacrament Certificates, if applicable (Baptism, First Communion) 

• Custody papers, if applicable

Kindergarten Applications​

Students applying for Kindergarten will go through a Kindergarten screening. Once the above paperwork is turned in, the school office will reach out to schedule the screening.

Grades 1-8 Applications​

Students applying for Grades 1-8 have a couple of extra steps. In addition to the above paperwork we also need the following.

Admissions Packet and Request for Information

This admissions packet includes a brief questionnaire about your student, that you will fill out and return to the school. The last couple of pages is a request for information. By signing this it allows your student's current school to send us records and other information about your student.

Shadow Days and Screening

ll students applying for grades 1-8 will join us for a shadow day and go through an academic screening. Once all of your application paperwork is turned in, someone from the school office will reach out to schedule this.

Admissions Meeting
Students applying for 1-8  grade are required to schedule a meeting with our principal or assistant principal. We will try to schedule this on the same day as your student's screening.
