2024 SUMMER CAMPS

2024 Summer Camps & Programs

Thank you for your interest in our Summer Camps and Programs hosted by Bishop Leibold School and the St. John Paul II Parish Family. Most programs are open to anyone, you do not need to be enrolled at Bishop Leibold. A complete list of this year's programs are below. Grade levels listed reflect incoming grades. To register, please fill out the online form below.

Theatre Camp (PS-2nd)
June 3-7 |  $40 includes snacks &shirt
9:00 AM- 12:00 PM

Green Team Camp (6th-8th)
**Must be a BLS student**

June 5-7 | $15 includes snack
9:00 AM- 12:00 PM
East Caf 6/5 & 6/6, West Green Space 6/8

Dress for gardening and get ready to work on multiple projects around the property that will lead our school towards a greener campus. Activities will include composting, planting, weeding, and recycling efforts.
 

Catholic Kidz Camp
(Formerly VBS)

June 10-14

 PreK (4 year olds) - 5th

Catholic Kidz Camp, formerly known as VBS is hosted by the St. John Paul II Family of Parishes. This fun week will be in the St. Henry PAC and PMR.

 

Through five carefully chosen Bible Stories by the publisher, "Who Is My Neighbor?" leads children on a journey to discover more about God's great love. From Looking at how to be a neighbor to diving into what it means to live out our faith, this interactive CKC series will lead children deeply into Bible stories focused on God's care and compassion for neighbors close at hand and around the world.

Create Camp (5th-7th)
June 11-13| $30 includes snacks and supplies

Create your own inventions using Makey Makey kits that interact with apps. Build water bottle rockets that will launch high into the sky, weather permitting!  Volunteer at VBS, have lunch with us, then come to Create Camp. 
 
Robotics Camp (4th-8th, beginner and advanced)
June 17-20 | $75 includes shirt and snacks

Beginner: 8:30 AM-11:00 AM
Advanced: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
St. Henry PAC


AM (Beginner)- Build and Program Lego Spike robots and run ozobots using color coding.
PM (Advanced)- Program Lego Spike Prime and EV3 robots and compete in fun team challenges every day. Awards Ceremony on last day and applications for BLS Robotics Team. It is recommended to attend Robotics Camp if applying for team in fall.

Math Tutoring (4th & 5th)

Are you going to be in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade next year and enjoy science and nature? Then sign up for Eagle Field Camp! You will spend an exciting week engaging in the world of science and the outdoors!

Beginning Band (4th-7th)

Any current 4th grade students and current 5th through 7th grade students who are not currently in band interested in getting a head start for the BLS band for the 2024-2025 school year are welcome to participate!  May require an instrument rental fee.

Advanced Band (4th-7th)
